When I first started on Instagram in 2017 I was obsessed with how to do it, how to be better, how to engage people - some of my efforts worked but last year I realised I needed another platform, another way of engaging with my online communities at a much deeper level.

Right here and now, my energy is across 3 content creation platforms - Substack, YouTube and Linked In.  

I have strategy behind all three and they all feed each other and I have MORE time, I'm more relaxed and happier than I've ever been.  Social Media is done at the end of each day and I regularly detox from my phone - guilt free.  Everything is done once I've implemented my strategy for that day! 

Come Summer hols and then again in Autumn '23, I'll change this again and I'd love to talk you through my plans and help you to make yours.
