Book your one to one session here. We can meet in our studio space, in Northumberland (seasonal) or over zoom.
My mentoring approach is person centred so we focus our attention where you feel your business needs it most.
Your session is 90 minutes and we set the agenda together before hand. I then follow up with you over a week of emails (if you'd like).

My own Inspiration Island was created in 2017 in response to burn out. To over giving and running project to project with nothing sustainable to anchor me.
I needed space, time to listen to my inner workings but I also needed escape and inspiration to maintain and fuel my quiet ambitions.

Are you a coach?
No I'm a mentor, I've read lots on coaching and I understand the principles. Your session is rooted in holding up a mirror and helping your find the answers with mentoring from me and connection to shared human experience, my creative background and over twenty years of experience of mentoring artists, staff and creatives.
What do I get as part of the session?
A pre-set agenda - we do this together over email after you send me your registration form.
90 minutes of zoom or in person time.
An audio recording of our chat.
A week of follow up via email including links we've discussed and journal prompts to help you go deeper.

Can you help me with spiritual development?
Yes and no - this isn't the right container for that but please drop me an email if you are looking for space holders for spiritual development.

We use creativity as a framework to explore big questions around your goals, your lifestyle, your work life balance - I've got all the tools you need and you might just find you unlock some long lost creativity in the process!

When we run a company of one or small business we have work to do in multiple different ways. By getting clear on the islands you want to spend time on things feel purposeful and easy - I'll teach you everything I know!
