Picture Books and Postcards is an 'easy to do' mindful and creative activity for mums. It give us a small task that can often feel momentous - (getting to the postbox/ postoffice) and some steps to create something really beautiful for another mum in your network of friends. The timeline is up to you and I've written some prompts and made some print outs to help but you can make this one your own too!
