I spoke with Hannah in May 2023 and it's actually one of my favourite conversations combining my love for slow living and the romance of that way of life. I also share how me and my husband met, navigating some of the harder times and chat about a new project.

I was a guest on this podcast in 2022 and we chat about motherhood, creativity and the shifting sands of creating a sustainable business.

I loved talking to my artist pal Sarah Shotts about our joint digital exchange project 'The Magic Mundane'. We shared digital stories over whatsapp 4000 miles apart over a year of motherhood and creative living (Feb 22-Feb 23).

In 2020, I recorded a set of podcasts with creatives working in Newbiggin by the Sea as part of my Arts Council funded project 'Voice of the Creative' for Action for Children. You can listen to all three episodes here on soundcloud.

I loved chatting with Emma about all things creativity and positivity for mothers. I really admire her work and the guests she brings into the forefront. Open conversations about the challenges of being a working mum and how to make space to take care of ourselves are so so important! Creativity really does impact so positively on my wellbeing and I'm so glad to make space for how it can impact yours too.

Louise runs 'The Calm Folk' and supports families and young people using mindfulness and intentional slow living/ minimalism techniques.
