At Creatively Conscious Ltd, we want you to feel confident in your investment.
Since our memberships, courses, and masterclasses are digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer a money back guarantee.
However, we’re here to help if you run into any issues.
Here’s how it works:
1-2-1s -
1-2-1s or any packages which contain 1-2-1 consult work are paid for upfront and a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the 1-2-1 is charged for no shows or cancellations within a 24 hour period.
Sparkle on Substack Memberships
Your membership is billed according to the plan you selected (monthly or annually).
You can cancel anytime, and your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle. ie if you committed to a month it will cancel the following month, if a year it will cancel at point of renewal.
No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods for any reason.
Diamond Membership
Diamond membership is paid up front unless you've requested a payment plan.
There are no refunds on part part plans.
Courses
Once you purchase a course, you get instant access to all materials.
Since this is a digital product, refunds are not available.
If you have trouble accessing the course, contact us for support.
Masterclasses & Live Workshops
If the masterclass is live, replays are usually available.
Due to the nature of digital events, refunds are not offered.
If you miss the live session, you will still have access to any included replays or materials.
Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan for a course or product, you are committing to completing all scheduled payments.
You are not permitted to cancel a payment plan once it has started.
Failure to complete payments will result in loss of access to the course or product and legal action.

All courses, masterclasses, memberships, workshops, audio, video, written content, and downloadable materials provided by Creatively Conscious Ltd are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Creatively Conscious Ltd at all times.
When you purchase access to any of our digital products, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials for your own personal or professional development. You may not:
Share, resell, copy, or distribute any course or membership content
Share your login credentials with any other person
Reproduce or repurpose our materials for commercial gain without written permission
Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
Memberships
Your membership gives you access to the content and community available during your active billing period. Membership benefits, pricing, and content may change over time — we will always endeavour to give reasonable notice of any significant changes.
Memberships are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
Payment Plans
Where a payment plan has been agreed, you are committing to all scheduled payments in full. Cancelling a payment plan mid-way does not cancel your payment obligation. Failure to complete payments will result in loss of access to your product or course, and outstanding amounts will be pursued in accordance with UK law.
Limitation of Liability
Creatively Conscious Ltd provides educational content, mentoring, and strategic guidance. Results will vary based on individual effort, experience, and circumstances. We make no guarantees of specific financial or business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Creatively Conscious Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service.
