Refund Policy – Creatively Conscious Ltd

At Creatively Conscious Ltd, we want you to feel confident in your investment.

Since our memberships, courses, and masterclasses are digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, we’re here to help if you run into any issues.

Here’s how it works:

Sparkle on Substack Memberships

  • Your membership is billed according to the plan you selected (monthly or annually).

  • You can cancel anytime, and your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle. ie if you committed to a month it will cancel the following month, if a year it will cancel at point of renewal.

  • No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods for any reason.

Diamond Membership

  • Diamond membership is paid up front unless you've requested a payment plan.

  • There are no refunds on part part plans.

Courses

  • Once you purchase a course, you get instant access to all materials.

  • Since this is a digital product, refunds are not available.

  • If you have trouble accessing the course, contact us for support.

Masterclasses & Live Workshops

  • If the masterclass is live, replays are usually available.

  • Due to the nature of digital events, refunds are not offered.

  • If you miss the live session, you will still have access to any included replays or materials.

Payment Plans

  • If you choose a payment plan for a course or product, you are committing to completing all scheduled payments.

  • You are not permitted to cancel a payment plan once it has started.

  • Failure to complete payments will result in loss of access to the course or product and legal action.
