a journal or notebook specifically for this course, pens - at least two colours. 💖
a calendar print out of the month ahead or ideally a second calendar away from your personal one.
'otter ai' - a voice recording app that transcribes your words as you talk (I just use the free version)
a Substack account - you can change the name of it later and you don't have to share it or tell anyone...

30-60 minutes per week. This could be 15 minutes to read the modules and watch the videos then another 15 to journal then another to take the suggested action. It's all completely do-able!
Top tip - The best advice I ever had about online learning was to use a Sunday afternoon slot to do it. I loved this because before then I'd always thought I had to fit it into my working week where as actually it's beautiful to spend time on self development in a weekend slot and it's brilliant for your mindset as you start your new week ahead... I always share both the audio and the video versions of the tutorials but for this course I'm sharing my screen a lot so the value is in the video.
An invitation - write a letter to yourself about what you hope to achieve here and seal it in an envelope. Perhaps it's goals related, perhaps it's feelings related. You can open it again at the end of the course or when you feel finished.
