I'm your UK based Substack Expert. A Creative Engagement Consultant and Mentor, mum to two and co-founder of a wellbeing space in here in Northumberland, UK.
Myself and my husband moved to Northumberland village in 2016 with our toddler in tow.
Our dream life stretched out in front of us... mountains to climb (for him), dramatic coastal paths (for me) and breathtakingly beautiful dark skies for both of us and our growing family.
When the pandemic hit, my daughter grew in tandem with external choas in my womb and we refreshed the way we work collectively to offer more people connection to our yoga studio, garden spaces and creative and wellbeing teachings both on and off line.
I set up nine income streams in 2020 and I've never looked back.
We offer a range of one to ones, online courses and self guided workshops and beautifully designed wellness and inspiration journals too.
